Orders may be placed on-line, by email, fax, telephone or mail. For telephone orders, please call between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. Orders typically take 2 to 5 days to complete depending on the size, plus shipping time. During the warmer months, typically May through September, orders will be shipped priority.

All marzipan products are made to order, so they always arrive fresh. The marzipan is packaged in bulk, and is ready to be served or displayed in pastry cases. Fruits and vegetables can be ordered individually wrapped, and selected products are available in gift packages.

Marzipan pieces are typically packaged in glassine candy cups set in plastic trays, then nitrogen-purged and vacuum-sealed in a plastic pouch, and boxed in a case. Marzipan is nonperishable and needs no refrigeration. Pieces will stay fresh for 6 to 12 months in a sealed package. Since marzipan will slowly begin to lose moisture once the plastic pouch has been opened, the package should remain sealed until the marzipan is ready to be served or displayed. It is best stored at room temperature (68 F), 55% relative humidity, and away from sunlight. Marzipan packaged in gift boxes will have a somewhat shorter shelf life.

Our main goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality marzipan, both in taste and appearance. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product for either a full refund or replacement.

Orders of 5 to 9 cases receive a 10% discount; orders of 10 cases or more receive a 15% discount. Wholesale customers should contact Marzipan Confections directly for pricing. Bar code labels are available for individually wrapped marzipan upon request.
