Fresh Marzipan in a Wide Variety of Shapes
Until recently, our marzipan has only been available to wholesalers, with no direct sales to the public. At Marzipan Confections, we value our wholesale customers and want to continue to supply excellent quality marzipan to the retail trades. Our wholesale clients include specialty shops, confectionaries, delicatessens, gourmet food markets, coffee houses, restaurants and hotels.
To qualify for wholesale pricing, customers must fill out and submit the Application for Wholesale Distribution form. After completing the form, orders can be placed by phone, fax or email. Wholesale prices are discounted 30% from the pricing listed in the on-line catalog.
Holiday shapes are made just in advance of the various holidays, so a small inventory of seasonal shapes is maintained, and all other shapes are made to order. Similar to a just-in-time inventory system, all products are made just prior to delivery and always guaranteed fresh. The marzipan is packaged in bulk and is ready to be served or displayed in your pastry cases. Fruits and vegetables can be ordered individually wrapped and selected products are available in gift packages.
As new ideas arise and as customers make special requests, our catalog continues to grow. If your company or clients have a special request for unique marzipan shapes or larger or smaller sizes, we would be happy to quote special orders. Bar code labels are available upon request, for individually wrapped marzipan or gift boxes.
